Pure Leisure Group – Coronavirus
Please be aware that it may take longer for us to respond to your enquiries than usual. We are dealing with an extremely high volume of calls/ emails and are trying our best to prioritise those holidaymakers with immanent arrivals on park.
23rd March 2020
These are unprecedented times in which we all have a responsibility to consider not just ourselves but society as a whole, with that in mind at Billing Aquadrome we are having to make some difficult decisions/ take actions which were unimaginable a few weeks and days ago.
It is with a heavy heart that we must announce that we have closed all facilities on park with immediate effect.
We are communicating with all holiday home hire, touring, camping and glamping bookings arriving before 1st June 2020 with an offer to transfer their booking to later on in the season. No arrivals will be accepted after today, Monday 23rd March. We are prioritising imminent arrivals, if you have a holiday booked with us between now and the 1st of June we politely ask that you wait for us to contact you. The phone lines are extremely busy and we will try our best to contact you as soon as possible. If you have a holiday booking please wait to be contacted by our team as our phone lines are currently extremely busy.
We are also asking all private holiday home owners to heed the government’s advice on non-essential travel. As a company we are following Government guidance to protect people from the potential spread of Coronavirus. It has been a very hard decision for us to make however, the health of our holidaymakers and owners is our number one priority at this time and therefore it is our responsibility to help restrict unnecessary travel.
We look forward to welcoming you back to park again later in the year and hope you stay safe during this difficult time. If you require any additional information or guidance please contact the park direct on 01604 408181.
21st March 2020
Following the latest Government announcement yesterday evening it is with a heavy heart that we have to inform our loyal and supportive customers that our leisure facilities, including The Venue, The Willow and the swimming pool will now be closed until further notice. The Venue will continue to operate its takeaway service and frozen meal services. Unfortunately due to this closure our events including the St Patrick’s Night party due to take place this evening; we off our deepest apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
Despite our leisure facility closure, Billing Aquadrome Holiday Park is still open. Therefore owners can still enjoy their holiday home and holidaymakers may still holiday with us during this period.
Please bear with us, more information will be available over the next few days. We thank you for your continued support and understanding during this difficult time.
We look forward to welcoming you all back as soon as possible.
If you have any enquiries please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or alternatively if you have any queries regarding your holiday booking please call us on 01524 781453
