Good news – in line with the Government announced roadmap,  all parks are now open to owners and holidaymakers in all accommodation types including camping and touring. Pure Leisure Group Coronavirus update 19th July 2021

Good news – in line with the Government announced roadmap, our park is now open to both Owners and Holidaymakers in all accommodation types.

Covid-19 FAQs – Holiday Home Owners

1. Can Holiday Home Owners come to the Holiday Park to use or visit their Holiday Home?

Holiday home owners can now travel to and stay overnight in their holiday home.

2. Do I have to wear a mask?

We encourage all owners and guests to wear masks in enclosed spaces, for example inside reception, shops and when moving around bars or restaurants.

Our staff will continue to wear masks in all public areas on the parks.

 

Covid-19 FAQs – Holidaymakers

1. How many people can stay together?

There is now no restriction on how many different households may stay in the same holiday accommodation. As always, you should not exceed the stated occupancy of your holiday home.

2. Do I have to wear a mask?

We encourage all owners and guests to wear masks in enclosed spaces, for example inside reception, shops and when moving around bars or restaurants.

Our staff will continue to wear masks in all public areas on the parks.

3. Do I have to book to use the swimming pool?

Capacity is now increased at all our pools, and changing rooms are open. Some parks will continue to use a booking system so please check the specific instructions at your venue:

Billing Aquadrome – booking is required the day before you wish to swim, please call 01604 408181 option 6.

4. Do I have to book a table in the Bar or Restaurant?

Booking is not required, but recommended at popular times to avoid disappointment.

We will continue to operate table service only in our restaurants.

5. What are your cleaning procedures?

We are continuing our high level of cleaning and touch point disinfection, as we have throughout the pandemic, along with all housekeeping controls.

6. Are other measures staying in place?

We will continue to have plastic screens in place at service points, for example in reception and at till points.

Hand sanitizer will remain readily available across parks and we encourage you to use it regularly.

We will also maintain existing methods of increased ventilation in enclosed spaces, for example in shower blocks, launderettes and site offices.
